	Course registration fee:	$995 advanced registration up until August 1, 2011 $1050 after August 1, 2011 Residents: (must have letter from program director) $495 up to August 1, 2011   ($650 after August 1, 2011) Cancellation policy: 80% of registration fee up until August 15, 2011, 50% of registration fee up until September 20, 2011. No refunds after September 20, 2011
